Yes, but only if the product is in perfect condition and keeps the warranty seals and packaging exactly the same as the original shipment. Returns of orders that have been opened or handled by the customer will not be accepted.

The term for any return will be 15 calendar days from the receipt of the product by the customer.

Once we receive it at our facilities, it will be verified that it meets the requirements to make the refund. Our staff will check that the product is returned in perfect condition and any product that does not comply with the above stated conditions will not be accepted.
